I had an absolute blast with Veronica doing storyt I had an absolute blast with Veronica doing storytime at The Open Book on Sunday! The kids were so precious when we talked about our favorite Halloween monsters, but I have to say the best part was the collective gasp when I demonstrated a Zoetrope. My heart is so full! πŸŽƒ πŸ“š
I'm super excited to share The House on Merryhill I'm super excited to share The House on Merryhill at tomorrow's Storytime at @theopenbook_scv! The craft will be Halloween Thaumatropes, and I'll be bringing a zoetrope as well! Due to a shipping delay, I sadly will not have copies for sale afterwards. But I will at my reading on Friday the 13th, also at the Open Book, from 3pm-5pm! Veronica will have a great library to choose from on Sunday, so swing by and support your local authors! πŸ“š πŸ‘»
I'm doing my first public reading of The House on I'm doing my first public reading of The House on Merryhill in less than a week! I'm nervous, but also very excited to share this story. Come down to The Open Book in Canyon Country this Sunday, the 8th, at 3:30pm for a fun and spooky Sunday Storytime and craft for ages 3-10! πŸŽƒ πŸ¦‡
